Can't use this schit excuse now tho, people wanted an Ortiz fight and now they got one. No way is this a dam cherrypick.

In fact I kinda expect Wilder will get KTFO.
Honestly wouldn't give much credit to even Joshua if he defeated anyone over 45 and close to 50 bc if hes as good as i think he would have little trouble with Ortiz. The irony here is Wilder is up against a much older ( in boxing years ) less threat than Klitchko was for Joshua , and now its all crickets from CERTAIN posters who said Joshua won bc Wlad was 41 .

Its definatly not a cherry pick bc Ortiz is still a top 3 guy but the double standards are beyond ignorant . For Wilders sake he better hope he wins now considering Ortiz last couple of fights looked average which indicates hes probably not even getting the best Ortiz at this point .

I favor Wilder slightly bc age does actually play a factor here and should Ortiz win he deserves more credit than Wilder does . Its really a pick'em fight bc Wilder is not Joshua !

I was just talking about his real age now. I also don't believe that age, just like I dont believe Rigo "Official age" or sam peter "Official age"... I give them credit though because what they are doing is age-defying.

No one would take him, it's because of money. This is well known in football too with South american and africans. Kanu (Former Arsenal player), Okocha (Former Bolton), Currently one (Freddy adu), Eric Bailly (Manchester united), Mane (Liverpool player) etc All of them lie about their age.

Lool this is BS, I hope you guys aren't going to start saying Ortiz sucks or is a cherry pick because he is old (whether 38 or 48).... you knew this before the fight was signed and when the duck threads were made.

I didn't think Wilder would ever take the fight but I will give him full credit should he pull off the W.

cuban athletes have been doing this for as long as cuban athletes have bene making waves in pro sports over seas and getting big contracts. it's ahuge advantag ein the amateurs to be older. these guys get inflated contracts when they get to pro sports because of how well they do against kids while they're boxing as grown men in the amateurs. it's made possible by the complete lack of interaction between the two states, the lack of pro boxing and its regulations in cuba, and promoters and managers who just don't give a **** and want to make money.

in the case of ortiz and other cuban HW, they also take drugs. lots and lots fo drugs, which can basically simulate biological conditions similar to puberty and young adulthood into your 40's.

rigondeaux is at least 40 years old.
