So are you saying Ward lost the 1st fight?

If you are then you don't know anything about scoring a fight and should quit while you're ahead.

Ward is going to win again... Kovalev's best chance was the first fight & by the rematch Ward had him figured out..
Kovalev has to work on his stamina & it sure needs time..

Had him winning the first fight close.

knew he would lose the second, and he got Tko'd.

In all future fights Andre will just beat him.

            It's just character.

This guy's ego is so high up his arse that he cannot see how his style needs much improvement. He ignored good advice from his ex coach and claims to have gotten to where he's at because of himself solely.

Andre Ward is just more of a humble, eager to learn type of guy. With the correct mindset of an ever expanding athlete and fighter. And it shows in the ring. He'll adapt and do what he needs for the W.

Agreed. Kovalev has all the talent, and physical talents in the world to beat Andre Ward, but what would that do when you refuse to learn from trainers?

JDJ was trying to teach Kovalev how to throw hooks or do inside fighting instead of just throwing straight shots, but yet refuses to listen and blames JDJ, And then slacks off in training, how is that going to help you prepare for Andre Ward? If he could just have an epiphany and admit that he's too arrogant for his own good, then maybe he would just listen to whoever his training is going be, and then he could beat Andre.

He was losing but ref jumping on him as he bent over from the clearest nut shot I've ever seen ruined the fight

Kovalev is a heck of a fighter but I don't think his brain will handle ward he probably fold quicker.

                    Everyone is just misunderstanding weeks.

He just came in to stop the fight because Kovalev was battering Ward so bad, he figured Kovalev was exhausted and needed a break.
