    Great points on this thread.

Cotto is beast if he takes on GGG.

      Not an absurd fight.
Not an absurd fight but also not a realistic target. No way would Cotto fight GGG as his last fight. The guy is on his last legs and has been in wars (95% a GGG victory here - 5% to Cotto and that if GGG turned up with a broke right hand).

What makes you think Cotto is on his last legs? Cotto gave Canelo a hell of a fight that was closer then the gift giving Vegas Judges gave him. He fought a guy in Kamegai that had pressure for days and a steal chin. In those 2 fights what told you that he is on his last leg? He didn't show any signs of being on the last legs. Canelo was in his prime when Cotto gave him the business

Wow. I never thought Glovkin would already be ready for a December fight.
I guess we get used to the culture of seeing fighters disappear for long periods, especially after being in a fight considered "tough." Some like Lara fought retired Foreman scratch-free and his next fight between his last is 9 months apart. And he's fighting another nobody like Gausha.

I believe Cotto would give Glovkin a tougher fight than Cnelo did.

Uh here we go with a rican that would take offence. Ok let's go. Cotto is retiring in December clue 1, Cotto has been a pro for like 16 years now, Cotto has been in wars, Cotto deserve to go out on his own terms. So expecting Cotto to perform or fight Canelo again or GGG is irresponsible of you or anyone else. No one is dogging Cotto but like the guy go out in peace.

It's not for fans to decide which fighter Cotto should fight next for his retirement.
Cotto himself announced he will fight the Glovkin/Cnelo winner.
              It's entirely up to Cotto.
I just never thought Glovkin would be available in December.

You still didn't answer the damn question. What makes you think he is on his last legs? What fight performance gave you that indication?

Duh his whole career amigo. If that list there didn't give you an indication then nothing will. If you think fighting Kamegai is your indication that he is tip top then great for you. Let see him fight GGG, Jacobs, Charlo and Canelo Please am praying he picks one of them.

surprised no one noticed the pic in the article, ggg standing behind cotto, tyson and duran like a bish. cotto took the spotlight entirely away from him in that photo. ggg knows his place in negotiation, he's b side already. good farewell fight for cotto even if he loses.
                    WAR COTTO PUŅETA!!
