I believe the Narcos State Athletic Commission appointed judges will be fair in judging the fight..

Hopkins would destroy Golovkin and possibly even tko him ala the Road Warrior.

GGG struggled to land clean on Canelo .... Hopkins makes him miss all night, while punishing him.

          Prime for Prime Hopkins landslide.

I like GGG but Hopkins would be a nightmare for him. I'd love to see a hypothetical Tito vs GGG match.

Hopkins was slipping by then. Joppy was the last bout at middleweight he looked good. he hardly did anything for the first 4-5 rounds against Allen, same with Eastman, and later cost him against Taylor. Fishnets was too small to pose a real threat despite stealing a couple rounds.

Maybe he was a little drained as he looked fresher in his first couple bouts at LHW, but still, he was in his 40s. He did well to compensate for father time, but GGG would probably put hopkins into too much of a shell and GGG takes the decision.

If it was early 2000s, or especially late 90s, then its a different story.

Hopkins of say 2000-2002 would win, but he'd probably get outworked if we are talking the 2004- version. Also, don't forget Hopkins got robbed twice against Taylor, so it's not like he'd get any favors off the judges in a close fight which is what it would be.

Hopkins didn't get robbed against anybody, his workrate has been **** for the last 10-15 years.

Hopkins is overrated, he didn't fight anybody good during his middleweight days and most of them were welterweights or super welterweights.
