a mouthguard for sparring with braces.

I'm 17 years old, I have been boxing for almost 7 months. I haven't really gotten much sparring done, cuz I'm scared of screwing up my braces. I have gotten this double mouthguard to protect my braces but my breathing isn't good in it, I get gassed pretty quickly cuz of the mouthguard. and I can't like breathe out when punching.

so I wanted to know if can I get 2 upper boil and bites, then set one for the upper teeth and then one for the lower teeth. all suggestions are welcomed.

I remember towards the end of his career Frank Shamrock got wire braces so I know that there is something out there but I'd guess it's not something generic. I'd speak to your dentist about that...or maybe ask him on twitter.

Big 5 sells a blue gel type mouth guard specifically for braces . Works really good , two of my guys use it . Make sure u get the one for Both top n bottom teeth . It also has little breathing holes up front which u can modify and make bigger with a utility knife to allow u to breathe better .
