What changes things is money. The only way this is changing is if the money dries up and that happens by people not buying PPVs. I don't know we will see but this fight as good as it was felt like a big stain on boxing at a time when it can't afford that many more. I've never had so many people I know who are more than casual fans say that's it, they aren't going out of their way to see boxing. But who knows maybe the breaking point hasn't been reached, maybe there isn't a breaking point and people will always come around. IDK, but something felt different or maybe it was just me.Comment

Vegas has become synonymous for controversy. Between a corrupt NSAC, bad decisions and robberies, incompetent and/or corrupt judges, referees showing favoritism, and sketchy testing of fighters under USADA, I'd like to see big fights held at alternate venues. Not that there isn't widespread corruption in the sport as a whole, robberies take place all over the sport--but its gotten so bad that anytime a big fight is announced in Vegas, with the usual suspects as judges and refs, we come to expect controversial outcomes.Comment
