What makes you think Khan deserves a shot at the title?

Khan has always refused to fight top welterweights .He should be made to fight at least two top guys to put him anywhere near a title shot .Remember this chinless clown was knocked spark out in his last fight nearly two years ago........he deserves NOTHING!
