The rds ggg won was because canelo took them off.

I think even the biggest canelo haters should agree on that.

In order to for Canelo to look flashy and explosive he needs more energy, thats why he gets tired in almost every fight.
GGG has more power and is more relaxed when he throws his punches, thats why he lasts longer.

Of course. Canelo proved little g is straight up and down just like Floyd said. When canelo was fresh golovkin looked like a C level boxer. Extremely basic, slow, and wild. Even later in the fight when canelo got those energy spurts, golovkin was a sitting duck. He would just stand there and get his head rattled around like a moron. It wasn't until canelo punched himself out and went to the ropes willingly that golovkin got the confidence to engage again. When canelo would stand there and trade golovkin was always nervous to open up. He basically just waited til canelo lost his energy and was about to pass put from exhaustion.


If canelo can fix the stamina issue, golovkin will get thoroughly dominated in the rematch. The skill gap between these two is huge. Anybody who denies that is just a golovkin fan boy.

No, if GGG imposed his gameplan a lot more than Canelo, then GGG is more skilled than Canelo because he had more tools than Canelo to work his gameplan with. Canelo is naturally fluid with his movement, but GGG is the more skilled fighter of the two.

Just because a pressure fighter seems simple doesn't mean he is not more skilled.
