I agree with you. Canelo is
    brilliant. He refused to pay
the sanctioning fees. Now he should make GGG rematch

They booed the crap out of the decision. I think it just made Canelo look worse in the eyes of the Mexican fans.

If Canelo is better why didn't he make the adjustments in this fight? Why did he get outlanded just like Ward vs Kovalev? Why did he duck GGG until he was 35 and wait for his punches to turn to molasses, but STILL struggle to win rounds against the slowest champion left standing in all of boxing? You haters are too much man. What's hilarious is it took this long for all the **** you guys have been saying about GGG to finally come true with age, and yet even now, he's still undefeated, still champion, and Canelo struggled to win a clear round all fight.

Want to talk about deja vu? Of the clear rounds, GGG won 7-0 or 8-0, and yet just like Ward-Kovalev, every competitive round was given to the same guy, in this case Canelo, in that case Ward. Now there's your deja vu.

9 months doesn't sound too "immediate", but it is probably the soonest that Golovkin can hope for.

I think this is a little different. I could see GGG fighting Saunders before fighting Canelo again in May 2018. Might not want to wait that long. Low risk stay busy fight for solid UK money and it'll give him the final belt at middleweight.

But I do agree, Canelo will definitely not fight anybody else. Why risk it? He knows what he's getting now. I don't think the rematch ends with a TKO though. Probably a decision for Alvarez.

Me, hbo, espn, etc had ggg 8-4. So who do you think Canella will fight instead Charlo? Most money is in the rematch. Most of you should follow another sport you all are so clueless except for the consistent ones here

If it doesn't he'll hear about it in Mexico even more than dropping the belts.

I don't see why he wouldn't want a rematch? I thought he lost clearly but if he fight just as good or slightly better he can get a W just based on the crappy judging.

IMO he needs this fight more than Golovkin from a pride and historical perspective.

If it ever happens, it'll be on 09/18 or later and by then Canelo will have the upper hand in the fight. btw GGG won a clear 8-4 this time around. He got robbed...and I put money on Canelo!
