Your hatred for GGG is getting comical.

Are u serious? He said he would stand and fight, he backpeddled and ran basically the entire fight, it wasnt fighting on the back foot most of the time, it was getting out of the way at all costs, the older guy walked and ran him down is what i saw, he landed some nice shots now and then but the impression i got was of someone under pressure and not coping that great, he did pretty good now and then but not a winning performance imo, he got a gift draw. GGG should have gone to the body maybe.

Canelo fights a minute a round at times and thats it for a lot of rounds, not good enough against GGG. I give canelo 4 rounds, 5 if you are being generous to him. Thats boxing, everyone sees it diferently, especially in vegas

Although I will say, I do respect him. Pulling off a MD against Floyd at only 22 is sensational. Just to have one judge score it for ya at such a green underdeveloped age against prime TBE is something to behold.
you dont seem to know what an MD is.

            Canelo always had my respec.

Fighting Floyd drained at 152 was also something deserving respect.

"Even playing field" like Floyd used to say.

Larry, you know what gets me worse? It's not the people who made outlandish predictions FROM BOTH SIDES, that happens for every fight!! it is a portion of the Canelo fans who called Floyd a RUNNER in their fight and then say Canelo was BOXING BEAUTIFULLY in this fight!!! Thats what ***ing chaps my a$$.

I dont have a problem with those who think both box beautifully or both run, but anyone who praises Canelo but puts down Floyd is what I have a problem with. It is some, not all, the Canelo fans who have a double standard for a style to suit their agenda that gets to me. Guys like BUDFR and others made those claims. Even in the Canelo/Floyd fight, Floyd was walking down Canelo at times and some (not all) Canelo fans had the nerve to say Floyd was running.

Yet Canelo does a far less effective job at mixing offense with defense and some say he was boxing beautifully, yet insult Floyd for doing something better than Canelo can dream of doing, right? I will say I saw some Canelo fans who were pissed and said Canelo was running. At least some are consistent. It's wrong to attack a fanbase, just wrong, and thats why I dont do that, but rather to understand that portions of every fanbase obviously apply a double-standard. Also, I look at why a fighter is backing up.

When some fighters do it, it is because they are hurt or discouraged. When Floyd does it, he is neither and in fact uses angles and circles to gain an advantage because he knows how to fight off the ropes and wins fighting off the ropes where as Canelo loses or breaks even fighting off the ropes. So thats what forms the difference between running and boxing beautifully. Or better yet, its the perception of why a fighter is fighting off the back foot, or backing up entirely, because they are afraid, or hurt, or discouraged......or because they are superb at fighting off the ropes.

If a fanbase makes outlandish claims, fine....as long as they are consistent.

That's what I would like to know. Take a look around the forum, why are Floyd fans angry that Canelo didn't get the win? He certainly didn't deserve It.
