Corruption or Incompetence? What needs to happen, realistically?

First off they need to quit bsing & put in the rulebook EXACTLY in as many possible details what wins a round. Then they need to hold judges to that more detailed harder lined take on what wins a round & take measures to punish them for bad cards & potentially ending their judging career if things aren't corrected.

The first problem of judging is that its too subjective doe. And thats why you can't realllllllly come at these crazy scorecard judges THAT hard cuz scoring is highly subjective & who's to say what does or doesn't win a round? Not the rulebook thats for sure.

Or they need to come up with a new scoring method with more people that bumps crazy opinions easier instead of giving them equal merit perhaps undeservingly. There are numerous ways to do that & that'd be its own discussion in itself.

As far as this specific incident I doubt they do much of anything. This sh^t happens all the time. Hell I thought the Rojo leaning card (8-2 Rojo) in the PPV opener was f#cking nuts, but this sh^t happens so much Richard Ocasio's name I doubt even got brought up at all & not just cuz of GGG vs Canelo overshadowing that fight & that bad scorecard.

it's letting the rule book be up to the discretion of everyone opening yourself to icompetence due to the fact that this way its easier to be corrupt and lie about it and spread the blame.....basically the right wingers dream.

I'll take 1. have them do eye tests, 2, have them do full psychological testing, and then 3. background checks on their finances to see if they received any large sums of unsubstantiated money over the course of their judging career, 4. a committee that bans a judge after a hugely questionable scorecard, and 4, NO PROMOTERS ALLOWED TO PICK JUDGES!!!

What's so surprising about this Oscar is the same guy who was cheering himself on like a true cheat after one of the most blatant robberies of all time against Felix sturm.
