Looks like your right they have tightened the steroid laws up abit in europe but you can get a prescription for them for athletic reasons in alot of places still unlike here in the US.

with rx ---- they can be prescribed for athletic reasons

without rx ---- you can buy them over the counter

not at all ---- you cant have them prescribed for athletic reasons
