A Draw Means the Casino's Got Paid!

So many dummies don't know sh^t about ********.
A draw is a push. So everyone gets their money back that bet on Canelo or GGG. On standard lines anyway. There are "prop" lines that offer slightly better payouts that are specifically on a fighter winning & a draw would be a L. Those aren't the typical lines sports books often offer & usually tend to be the lesser used lines cuz of bump in payouts isn't THAT much & the draw is such a long odds outcome anyway but its a nice lil save potentially.Comment

LOL yea mine to.
If anyone legit lost money on this fight on GGG or Canelo they bet on one of those less commonly used prop/speciality betting lines that instead of being +140 on Canelo & a draw being a push that'd cancel the bet woulda been like +148 & a draw would be a L for your wager.Comment

Me too!!! I literally started keeping myself by the 11th round, because I was thinking if someone doesn't score a KO or KD here this fight could be a draw on my card. I looked at the options last week and my mind say put money on a Canelo UD win or a draw. But I chickened out.Comment

I don't care about the casinos but I bet the draw so was happy
I was torn between aging GGG and priming Canelo so ended up leaving the $25 I had on a draw as my only bet for the event.
I mentioned my draw bet before the fight on here and reasons for thinking it was far more probable than the odds said... especially given the politics.
I made roughly $500 profit from my $25 bet... not bad, can't complain.
Shame my tennis betting sucks as I've cleaned up with May/Mac and now this. Happy with my boxing analysis.Comment
