That's what I was thinking, that would make the rematch even bigger.

Very good fight with correct decision as I gave 1-3 and 10-12 to canelo with GGG winning everything in between. I think Canelo gased early in the 4th but was able to avoid punishment with his defence and got a 2nd wind to finish the fight a draw.
I see Canelo easily winning rematch as he can fix his work rate but the best of GGG was left in the ring tonight.

This photo line up doesn't do much justice to the fact that GGG clearly won this fight.

Canelo won, haters. Where was GGG´s super power vs the smaller , and according to haters, overhyped Canelo?? Wasn´t GGG the best pound 4 pound right now???

Canelo won he landed the cleaner harder shots. Hard to find many photos of GGG landing something significant. Most of his punches missed badly, or just grazed canelo having no impact. Where you can literally point to dozens of hard shots on the button that threatened to rip GGG head off his neck. But he won be because he just came forward ineffective aggression? SMH

Best punch of the fight landed by Canelo, GGG took it like it was nothing.

So many highlight punches to choose from but my fav is that uppercut on ropes that almost took his head off and Bayless facial expression like "DAMN" lol

Sorry, but you don't get to talk **** after your man hid out at Caneloweight for two years to duck GGG until he saw him decline vs Brook and Jacobs (and before that, if you watched closely), and then still couldn't beat him even when now.

And for the record, of course Canelo has flashier pictures, because he's the faster guy and he landed the more flashy shots... in spurts. Did you expect them to post 50 pictures of GGG's jab? The thing is, those jabs still score. Did you expect them to post pictures of ring generalship? GGG stalked Canelo from corner to corner almost the entire fight.

Anyway, Canelo is a great fighter. I think fighting weight drained vs Floyd did his reputation an injustice. People were saying Charlo and Jacobs would beat him, but now I'm not sure. He really has improved. With that said, prime GGG would have knocked him out, and there's a reason they avoided that guy. Canelo still hasn't fought that guy and he never will, which is exactly how GBP planned it, so stop talking **** about something Canelo never did. Canelo fought old GGG and still couldn't win officially, and actually still lost on most people's cards.
