my vote goes for pac and rafa.
i think pbf is more of a natural lightweight than any thing else, he made that weight easy and dominated very well

The pound for pound best puncher in the sport IMO is Rafael Marquez. The last bantamweight I saw with comparable power was Rube Olivares, and that was 30 something years ago. Marquez has blown away legit contenders in defense of his title with every conceivable punch. Marquez has every weapon in the arsenal, and a mastery of each tool.

Carlos Zarate & Alfonso Zamora won bantamweight titles after Olivares....& both hit equally as hard as, if not harder than, Ruben Olivares.
                But, I agree.....Marquez is a monster puncher.

                My choice is Diego Corrales.

you're right. I just realized we aren't talking about hardest puncher but BEST puncher. Guys that fit that bill would be Mayweather, Barrera, and the like. They mix it up the most.

corrales KO'ing castillo is a greater feat imo then KOing erik morales, especailly since manny pac needed a second chance to crack eriks chin and wear him down with some body shots while corrales just plain out broke threw a bigger stronger guys chin who has never been stopped before
