yeah his defense was and always has been solid. The only fight where it wasnt great was the brook one where he didnt look too concerned about being tagged. Hes not pernell whittaker, but he catches a lot of punches on the gloves, thats what frustrated me in the jacobs fight when people said it was a robbery, for some reason its as if they count shots that get blocked. If canelos punches were finding the target as easy as people make out, he'd have thrown more of them. To be honest im starting to get sick and tired of reading complete ****e on this forum every time after a big fight. People dont have a clue what they are watching.
