I've got Skoglund 5-3 up. Thought he's won every round from round 5 until now.

I might be wrong but at the exact same time the commentator mentioned the nose I see smiths whole posture change like the fight/aggresion left him once he see or felt the blood

It's insane how bad Smiths jab is. That thing should be dynamite considering how long and rangy he is.

Smith definitely looking like he should be losing, but I think his big punches landing every now & again + the crowd co-signing every thing he's has success with is likely to influence the judges. Power punches win fights & the crowd backing you up definitely don't hurt.

the 9th round was more even but I'm still giving that to Skoglund. Agree that he's won every round since the 5th.

Smith's timing is well off tonight. He's also getting caught a lot more than normal. Skogland probably needs a knockout to win in Smith's backyard.

Probably cos he spent the last 18 months fighting Lithuanian carpenters on Match Room undercards while waiting around for a WBC title fight which never happened anyway.

On a sidenote id love to see gennady landing the jab on nelo as much as skoglund is on Smith but with a bit more power
