I think they got a 2yr commitment covering their 50M prize pool & expenses, but yea after that if they can't secure a deal with someone in the US, that'll likely pay the f#ck outta pocket for it in comparison to what other countries are paying for it, idk how they keep that high of a prize pool around. Unless I'm underestimating what they are taking in from other countries anyway.

I can only speak for germany.
I think the fights involving a german fighter are broadcasted on free tv. Huck vs Usyk was shown at Sat1.
Smith vs Skoglund is PPV. You need to shell out 20€ to watch the fight or pay 50€ to get a pass for the quarter finals.

And germany isnt used to the PPV model, only hardcore fans will purchase the fight.
