Teddy Gonna Make all kinds of Excuses if GGG Dominates

Oh wait, he picked GGG to win too. This guy is a clown and ESPN needs to rid themselves of him.

I believe that Golovkin deliberately fought like a lunatic, In his previous fights to entice Oscar De La Hoya to make the fight with him!

Also, Atlas put a lot of reliance on his assessment of Golovkin based on the Brook fight. You don't have to be a keyboard expert in this forum to recognise there was something badly off with Golovkin in that fight - just watch Golovkin in the Brook weigh-in again. There was a heap of speculation at the time (pre-fight) about what the problem was - his camp denied everything at the time except to say he was stuck in traffic for 2 hours on the way to the weigh-in (yet he was on time ?).

If someone is off for a fight, you have to have a motive for then using that as justification for an ongoing opinion.

Golovkin's feet didn't move in that fight with Brook (compare his foot movement in Jacobs with the foot movement in Brook). Why ? Don't know. Guess we'll find out one day when he writes his book.

And to the oft stated 'Brook out-boxed Golovkin', Golovkin threw more jabs than Brook, landed jabs at a higher percentage, threw more power punches, also landing at a higher percentage. Not sure you get out-boxed while out-scoring the other guy in every measurable department (and buckling his knees in round 1 too). All this on an off-night.

Atlas uses the Brook performance extensively in his down-grading of Golovkin to 1-dimensional. Something doesn't smell right there.

That's my opinion I say that because Jacobs literally doesn't have not one signature win... don't come at me with quillin because where is he at now? I make my comments based on facts not just run my mouth for no reason. You think Jacobs is good because media and analyst have or had him as 2nd best mw prior to ggg? Well I don't listen to them I go by my own reasonings.

I was very, very young then... I don't know why I thought Atlas trained him in the Douglas fight??? But then I read his corner was TERRIBLE!!! Made the biggest ROOKIE mistake in BOXING!

"Tyson's left eye began to swell from Douglas' right jabs. Tyson's cornermen were caught unprepared; they hadn't brought an endswell or ice packs, STANDARD equipment for a fight. Instead, they filled a rubber glove with ice water and held it on Tyson's eye between rounds. At one point Aaron Snowell, Tyson's primary cornerman caught the chain from the identification badge hanging from his neck between the iced glove and Tyson's eye. As Snowell moved, Tyson winced in pain as the chain dragged from one side of his injured eye to the other.

                    DAMN!!!

I'm having to re-evaluate Jacobs as well. That Quillin win looks like dog sht now after seeing Quillin him go 12 rounds with a guy that is 22-22-3???

                      Guess who KO'd that guy??? 154lb J-Rock
