I didn't think he looked that bad. We got any comparison pics from previous weigh ins where he's looking a lot better? Nothing stood out to me.

Might be hotter in Nevada doe hence a desire to drink more liquid. He's not usually in that climate.

It's hard to come up with fair comparison photographs. I'm trying to not cherrypick them, but all kinds of things can affect our perception - lighting, angle etc.

It is like Gatoreade, Pedialyte is just a low carb higher sodium version of Gatorade both do pretty much same thing, Some athletes choose to use either based on personal preference.

"Drained" is too extreme, but y'all lying if you don't see his face looking gaunt at all

Anyway even if OP is correct, that's GGG's problem. It's not like Canelo did anything to undercut how well hydrated GGG would be. No catch weight, or dragging him to a lower weight class, rehydration limit etc imposed by Canelo onto GGG.

This discussion will probably all be for naught anyway.
