If GGG wins like he's supposed to win, by KO, & if the rematch clause is within x period of time instead of immediately like I'm assuming Oscar would have setup he would push out the rematch for the max period of time to allow for GGG to get even a lil older. If GGG wins & its not really THAT close (8-4 decision or better, not controversial, or a clean KO) don't look for a May rematch imo.

If its controversial, close or an early or bad stoppage where Canelo was looking good or doing well but came up short then May is probably in the cards.

But it'll be a results oriented decision on Oscar + Canelo calling in the rematch clause. And sh^t if its a bad enough L I wouldn't be surprised if they don't call it in at all unless GGG looks shaky at some future date & like he's ripe for taking after some hard future fights or something like that.

GGG hurts people. Canelo won't be the same after Golovkin gets through with him.

I would be HIGHLY impressed if GGG did 3 fights in 8 months. Especially these caliber of fighters...
... speculations... They may have a tough fight tonight... they may have a short one, as well... Canelo may somehow put GGG to sleep, or he may simply get a decision...

... yes... pretty obvious... but that's the beauty of this sport: we never know!... (I think you remember that "phantom punch" which suddenly changed the fate of the fight when Danny met Lucas )...

It would be such an awesome gift for boxing fans if Willie Monroe won.

??? Who's he??? Is that the one that was BOO'd when they announced the decision with Trout. Man he was HUGE compared to Trout and still Trout held his own. A LOT of ppl felt he beat Charlo.

At least Canelo Bambi-Legged Trout a couple of times, knocked him down and gave him a bloody mouth.

Trout was also in his PRIME when they fought. Carlo fought him in his 30's

You do know what they say about boxers when they hit 30 right???

Ain't nobody ducking HIM. *** a GIMP who couldnt even WALK lasted 4 rounds with him. That GIMP wouldn't of even made it past round 1 against Canelo or GGG

All sudden This Carlo guy is the next BOOGEYMAN!!!

You think that GIMP who couldn't even WALK would of lasted 4 rounds against GGG or Canelo??? I don't think he makes it past 1 round on them. And I was NOT impressed at all with his fight against 30 year old Trout.
