Kell Brook- 'Facing Golovkin'

The long arms and incredible punching power Brook speaks of is what I think will win GGG this fight by KO. Unlike so many I don't claim to know the winner in advance. Either man could win I just think reach, power and high punch output will get GGG the KO win. -
When Kell says: "There's boxing at distance, no more than three shots then out, then frustrate him. That was the plan, because it wasn't hard to tell when it was working. I am sure 'Canelo' and his team have looked at it, and that's what I will be looking for them to do."
Does Canelo really have that in his arsenal to be getting a few shots off and and be in and out of range at will? - Jacobs and Brook had the ability to do that, they had intelligent movement at times and could hit on the move too. They knew when to move and when not to, especially Jacobs anyway. You can't just move for the sake of it v GGG because he cuts you off too well, it has to be well executed movement. I've never ever seen Canelo do that, he usually had to set himself and be rooted to the spot before he lets his shots go.
Canelo might be better than those guys overall, it's just the things they did to have their bits of success the fight with GGG are things that Canelo really doesn't do.Comment

Technically they could and might be better than canelo. But canelo is also far physically gifted than both, he has the chin to eat em punches and maybe throw one of his own back. When Kell says: "There's boxing at distance, no more than three shots then out, then frustrate him. That was the plan, because it wasn't hard to tell when it was working. I am sure 'Canelo' and his team have looked at it, and that's what I will be looking for them to do."

No doubt movement is the best way to nullify those advantages from golovkin though, but style wise and physicallity wise, i think canelo can hang in there and it would be fun until it last.Comment
