Yawn.
Why not negotiate a fight at 140 with Corrales? He is the de facto "winner"...unless he's contracted to Showtime? I know they have an option of sorts, but if he wanted the winner, then there must be a way. That is, unless he was banking on a Castillo win. -
i don't think its such a bad thing, he does have a point in not taking castillo or corrales because the time thats settled he wouldnt have had a fight for a while...i think its good hes defending his title...Comment

I think this is the right thing to do - Corrales Castillo is a mess right now, they may fight at 140, one of them may fight Cotto at 140, so if hAtton waits out and don't get the fight, he loses like 3 or 4 months at least. He should take this fight, and if things sort out then he can fight any of the Cs (astillo oralles otto).Comment

the fights been ordered to take place in 120 days from the collazo fight so hatton could maybe fight 3 times this year?
or mybe have a early next year fight with mayweatherComment

"WBA madatory welterweight challenger Oktay Urkal (37-3) stayed first in line for a shot at WBA welterweight champion Ricky Hatton, outboxing Andrei Rimer (2-5) over eight one-sided rounds."
Is that a typo^?Comment
