Canelo can't fight going backward GGG Can

If canelo can't push ggg back he's done. GGG on the other hand has shown he can fight on the back foot with his jab like in the lemeuix fight. Canelo cannot fight going backward at all.

You can't make these arguments because none of knows what these guys actually worked on in camp. I would imagine a fight of this caliber they've worked on their weaknesses throughout camp whatever those perceived weakness might be.

I wouldn't say GGG can fight going backwards well at all, not from what i've seen. He just has the physicality and skill to not get pushed back enough but he rarely punches when going backwards

I wouldn't really say Canelo can either though, he might be a good counter puncher, but he needs to set himself before he does his work.

Never seen GGG fight going backwards but if he can than Canelos in for a long night. Longer reach and faster feet with an excellently jab will keep Canelo from getting range to throw combos or uppercuts.

GG can't even deal w/ lateral movement. When has he ever fought on the back foot??
And, FYI, getting off first w/ the jab is not what back foot means. Get educated.

Some of you guys are losing your shyt. Are you scared that these are your last days on the forum or something?? There is life after this fight you know.

I thought GGG had a longer reach, but I just looked them up on boxrec, and Canelo is listed as having a 1/2 inch reach advantage at 70.5. Thought GGG had a longer reach than that.

These guys used to spar each other. Obviously they both know what each other's got. Its gonna be interesting to see who has progressed more and make the right adjustments. Fast paced chess match. GGG better not let it go to the score cards tho.

Watch the lemeuix fight. You don't need to be against the ropes to fight on the backfoot. He also fought going backwards against stevens.

LOL. You don't know much about the sport. He fought plenty on his backfoot. Watch the video. You don't get what fighting on the backfoot means.
