It's the right mentality but I know I couldn't do it. Imagine if he loses this fight. He would have missed the birth of his child for nothing.

On top of all the physical advantages, he has two really big mental advantages going too. He is basking in the light of his newborn and he'll want to win this fight to celebrate. Second, this is THE fight that he's been waiting so long for and he'll be 110% focused and ready.
