Seriously, I wish GGG gave interviews in Russian.
He doesn't come across very well in English. And this is by design. He is saying what he thinks he needs to say, and he doesn't seem very smart.
He was asked once during an interview in Russian whether he plans to improve his English - he said no, as his English is sufficient for what he needs to do.
GGG is a whole different person when he speaks Russian. He's a clever guy, but he's also a bit arrogant. Doesn't share anything personal about himself or his family. Is defensive and (passive) aggressive.
So he is basically just saying rubbish that he thinks people want to hear.
Anyway, who cares... He doesn't need to be a public speaker. He needs to KO Canelo, because getting a decision against Canelo in Vegas is a b*tch - even Floyd only got majority decision...Comment

I wonder how Golovkin's Kazakh fans feel about his constantly yearning to be from Mexico. The guy wins an Olympic medal representing Kazakhstan, but wishes he was from somewhere else.
Sort of like Lennox Lewis winning gold for Canada, then deciding he'd rather be British. Lennox can be excused due to having ties to England, but GGG has no ties to Mexico.Comment

Canelo looks way "whiter" than GGG. So does Cuadras. About 15% of the Mexican population are estimated to be white Caucasian. They are probably "whiter" than those "white power brigade" lunatics that you mentioned, but wouldn't waste their time joining such group of demented psychos.Comment
