Considering you're asking who represented it the best I'd go Pacquiao, Gonzales, Jones. Those guys gave you exciting action fights, which shows boxing in a better light. Mayweather may have been the best, but he only raised his profile, not boxing as a whole and could easily make the case that he has had a negative impact on boxing as a whole.
