    UK Commentators > US Commentators

I've noticed over the years that UK broadcasts kind of shít on the US. US broadcasts seem to jock the network fighter.

Lampley for instance, he doesn't really know shít about boxing. He'll call the wrong punch or say a punch landed by A, but really B landed it.

UK commentators kind of call it how they see it. They do get biased with UK fighters vs other countires, but not as a rule of thumb.

Yep. They can be bad too but it's crazy how biased HBO's commentary is.

We don't want to hear your cheerleading. ****! ****! ****!

Skysports had Estrada 6 rounds up going into round 9.

Yes over here they are biased as phuck, but they know what a punch is. Someone like lampley like you pointed out too often doesn't even see when a significant punch is landed, he is too busy calling another simple punch in scenario. For example, Mayweather v Mosley when a body shot hurt Mosley in round 10 lampley was talking about something else and didn't/couldn't fathom why Mosley looked gassed or hurt at that point.

The UK announcers can be horrible. Their analysis of the Golovkin Brook fight was completely one sided. Brook is getting hammered and they were gushing if Brook landed a couple of punches.

I guess you never heard Jim Watt call a fight before he retired

They're all the same no matter Country or Network because ESPN, Showtime, Sky Sports, BT Sports they're all ***ing Bias to the fighter their Network is high on or is signed to fight to their Network exclusively!

But go watch Terence Crawford vs Ricky Burns talk about Bias, Jim hated on Crawford the entire fight so Yeah it is WORLD WIDE! However when UK doesn't have a dog in the race and they're not calling for a UK fighter then yes absolutely! I think Adam Smith is the best Play By Play guy in all of boxing both American and UK! He just calls the Action unlike Lampley who wants to be Commentator and Play By Play guy at the same time so he ends up in a conversation while action is going on! Pick One Lampley you ***!

They was mocking HBO Coverage last night of Estrada vs Cuadras and rightfully so!
