Even still that's somehow worse than getting put to sleep in 4....ok
It's an end many boxers face at the end of their careers when they're fighting top fighters.

More of a respectable end than fighting a 0-0 amateur in his last fight, at least he gave back to the sport and didn't embarrass it in a freak show.

4 Division Champion and the first to do it from his country equals a legend.

So you about to try to tell me Rungvisai is a world beater? Maybe you forget he was originally a cherrypick meant for Gonzalez to look good on HBO, I guess that has now backfired twice!

See this why I don't take you guys seriously because you lack of knowledge portrays your true intentions.

Rungvisai was Roman's mandatory not a cherry pick by Gonzales and HBO so that statement is null and voided.

And compared to the amateur Mayweather fought last, the Thai fighter is a world beater.

Yeah he was a mandatory cherrypick, even as Gonzalez was losing the first fight HBO kept calling it like a cherrypick, they failed to see Gonzalez was clearly losing, just like he was clearly losing to Cuadras. That kind of bias is what makes me root against a fighter. And even now you want to keep the flawed idea that Gonzalez was p4p #1 alive. That guy has never even come close to being the best fighter in the sport

He was never even in Floyd's stratosphere. I for one never had him p4p #1, I always thought that was a ridiculous notion. He was fun little fighter who came to fight, but it was foolish to think a guy with that style could be number 1, let alone be in he same discussion as Floyd freakin' Mayweather.

He was also 40 years old coming off a two year retirement facing a man who outweighed by 20 pounds and who was 11 years younger and still kicked his ass.

Let's see where Chocolotito is at 40. I doubt he'll still be fighting.

Gonzalez is a good fighter but he never came close to mastering the art of hit and not get hit. He took a lot of punishment to the body and appeared to have a weak core. I always wondered why he always looked soft in his midsection. He probably cut a lot of corners in his conditioning. He was never on Mayweather's level but he was a worthy representative of his P4P status for however long it lasted.
