Benavidez was very impressive considering he's only 20 yrs old.

And most non biased experts feel the same.

He looks great for his age but his last opponent gave him hell. Trinidad was also a world champion at 20 years old and knocking title challengers out with ease.

you honestly think hes a "world champ" who the hell was ronald gavril? thats a joke opponent. he didnt beat a degale, jack, ramirez. he didnt even beat an abraham type opponent. hes still a work in progress. lets hope he doesnt get a big head and think hes actually accomplished anything simply because he has the world champ label

Yeah have to say even as a fan, that was little more than a really good learning fight last night. Not a world title fight or even a top 10 opponent.

That said he could fight around this level for 2 years though and beat a proper champ at 22 and he would be the same age as when Gervonta Davis won his title.

Still plenty of time. Cant wait to see how he progresses. One of the most entertaining offensive fighters that has come through in a while
