Link to GGG Saying He Carried Brook?

I don't remember Golovkin ever saying he carried Brook so I'd like to see the link. What I remember is Golovkin saying he wanted a street fight and it was obvious that Brook was no middleweight. So yes he took punches, he's taken punches in many of his fights, and he blew out Brook in 5 rounds.
I don't think Golovkin gave Brook anything. He hurt him badly in Round 1. In round 2 Brook got the better but Golovkin is still coming forward. In round 3 I still think he knocked down Brook which was called a slip and right after that Golovkin was fighting at a feverish pace. Round 4 both guys are landing and round 5 he takes him out.
Brook came up from WW but IMO but I think he was more like a Junior MW by that time. He never should have gone back down to WW after this fight though I admire him for trying to defend his title against Spence.Comment

Brook was well on his way to being seriously hurt in just the 5th round. He used all of his life force to win just 1 round out of 12.
Thankfully his corner wasn't as blind as you are and saw what the rest of us saw: Brook getting beaten from pillar to post.Comment

you forgot to mention he was facing a welter...GGG had a cold and was under the weather the week of the fight. on top of that he had to break camp in the middle of it to fly over to england to do a press conference. too many distractions and you could tell the week of the fight that he was annoyed. ..and still won. damnComment

Funny I was thinking that about you.Comment

I don't get how hard it is to admit that both Brook and Jacobs gave ggg problems. Every fighter has had problems. The funny sh it is ggg fanboys say he looked bad on purpose to get a canelo fight but can't accept Floyd doing the same thing.Comment

totally agree bro, nothing wrong with looking human while winning your fights, it happens often at certain level...Comment

When did Floyd look bad on purpose in order to get what fight.Comment

No idiot his fans were saying Floyd carried Connor and he was playing with him from round 1. Instead of stating the obvious. Connor was faster and more awkward than Floyd anticipated and Floyd struggled to figure him out as he has before cause like icha said it's Normal. Floyd isn't perfect he has flaws. Or had.
