McGregor showed he didn't have a "big one" to land; only a big mouth

I think for the first five rounds, he will back up, he will lie on the ropes the way he does, he will cover up and try to just absorb, and try to wear Conor down. That’s how I think he’ll approach the fight.

“If he doesn’t take a back step, and we’ll all see it — we’ll all see their feet, we’ll all see who walks backwards — if he walks forward and exchanges, it’ll be a one-round fight. It’ll be over in a minute. Because he’d be fighting in such a way that’s not normal to him, he won’t have had time to develop the skillset for an aggressive exchanging fighter. Like I said, I didn’t know a lot about Floyd before this, but I did watch his fights for his defensive work. So for him to go in there and try to trade with Conor and not walk backwards, would be so alien to him but so normal for Conor — that’s exactly what Conor’s the best at — he’ll be unconscious in a minute."

When you're in deep water what you really need is to go back to your corner and have some guy dressed like a waiter repeat easy work Conor.
        It oozes professionalism.

They should have listened to mcgregor, he has a special power to predict the outcome of his fights, he knew the score.

          Mystic Mac Predicts

The opening bell rings, I'm Bruce Lee i'm the man
Easy work says me corner, just stick to the plan
Part one of me plan is to punch through his guard
But wi'out me gay mitts on, I don't punch that hard
I go on the attack but he's just smilin and winkin
I shudda stuck to what I know, gamblin and drinkin
It's a tough sport this boxing to be sure, to be sure
Me best has done nuthin and I'm fooked by round 4
Stick to the plan Conor, walk through this clown
But hang on I'm going backwards, my oirish brains upside down
The waiter in me corner says easy work, that's a lie
It's round 10, mouth wide open, they send me out to die
I give the ref the eye, save me and end this bout
I want to get back to hugging men in me cage where I get tired and tap out
Oh well it's all over, at least I'm ****** rich
It's a shame in the process i made mma boxings b1tch

His corner men should be forced to stand in the corner.
That used to be a way to punished children for bad behavior.
