Boxing fans can be the worst fans. Everytime they mention Donaire, you can never help but mention Rigo. Yes Rigo is on a different level, but Donaire gave some great fights over the course of his career, the dude was probably the first fighter to open himself with voluntary drug testing and never got caught once. Rarely ducked any fighters. No credit nor respect for these at all.

Great post, this is exactly why some fighters and promoters take "safe" fights because boxing fans are harsh to fighters that lose.

Big fan of Donaire and I hope he gets another chance at a title since Magdaleno ran away from a rematch he deserved to give Donaire(thought champions have automatic rematch clauses)!
