Khaosai Galaxy is up there. 47-1 with 41 KO's. In 20 world title fights only 3 guys went the distance with him and he had some crazy/brutal knockouts.

Emanuel Steward said Naseem Hamed is p4p the hardest puncher he ever worked with. It's also worth remembering that Hamed's hands were shot to bits by the time he even worked with Steward too.

Either Wlad Klitchko or M.Tyson ....Guys like Tommy Morrison and Joshua are also legitimately in this topic ,both had / have heavier hands than either Klitchko or M.Tyson and had speed .

I'm going to have to say Grabimir Klinchko is the hardest puncher of all time.

                  Shavers
                  Foreman
                  Julian Jackson

These fighters should be brought up often in this discussion.

Perhaps not in the discussion but Pipino Cuevas broke the facial bones of three contenders in title defense's.

Shavers? He lost every time he stepped up. How the hell is he the hardest puncher? He knocked people down, then they stayed up and gave him hell.

Its anecdotal evidence i think mostly, along with the eye test.
