They need to learn that not every fight is PPV material. A few years down the line and boxing fans are going to be priced out of watching the sport.
Exactly. Make this a free to view and try and win back some fans. If Fury wins it might set him up for bigger numbers later on in his career.

Absolutely but this is a smash and grab as they know even against arguably the weakest champion out there Fury has very little chance.

The fat ****ing pork pie has the nerve to put this on PPV. Worse than Eddie Hearn and possibly worse than ITV.

I don't know, it's kind of 50/50 for me. Neither look great but Hughie looks the more skilled.

Maybe you're right but any sort of PPV status for this is ridiculous .They are both mediocre at best.

Pay Per Youtube is a thing for fights now?!?!

I mean I don't hate the idea, but this hardly seems like the fight to start off with.

Surely this is gonna tank hard? It's not like Hughie Fury has many fans and all of Parker's are in a different timezone.

So they expect people to go to their computers with internet and instead of streaming the fight for free pay $12.99 pounds how ever the f#ck much is!?! Not going to happen

It's only the UK right ? Maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think it's a bad fight personally, it broadcasts Parker to a wide audience to help build him towards the UK fan base who will want to see Bellew and Whyte given a title shot in the hope they can become world title holders, personally I don't see any one of the three beating Parker which will build a Joshua fight up massively, hell Joshua should let Ortiz have the WBA belt after the Cuban beats Wilder if it means Parker is given the unification sooner rather than later, Ortiz is a confirmed PED cheat I got no love for a scurvy dog. Parker or Wilder next for Joshua after Pulev is the fight I'm hoping for.

When pushed, they did not answer what drug testing organisation was contracted to the fight, and they did not answer about how stringent the testing would be. Honestly, I think they don't even know and have left that up to Hennessy Sports (Fury's promoter). I think that's very negligent on their part and they should have pushed for full VADA testing or at least UKAD or something. It sounds like what they're doing is the standing pee-in-a-cup after the fight thing which is kinda pointless.
What's the WBO's stance regarding testing for this fight ? I guess what I'm trying to say is how the hell is Fluff Furry allowed to fight for a world title when he has a failed doping charge hanging over his head, I know Fluff and his uncle used Warren's WBO connection to get the fight and have him remain mandatory even though he pulled out with a bogus injury but surely the WBO are enforcing PED testing no ?
