Comments Thread For: Sor Rungvisai: I'm Ready To Defeat Chocolatito Yet Again!

World Boxing Council super flyweight champion, Thai Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, is already in Los Angeles, prepared to defend his crown on the dot, against Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez, this Saturday at the StubHub Center in Carson, California. According to the champion, Roman will try to make fine tuning modifications in his style to regain his championship, but ...by the way Srisaket is working on his very own anticipated and unexpected strategy, to neutralize the Nicaraguan.

Well if the ref keeps letting him use his head then I can see Rungvisai murdering him.

I love reading comments about people claiming Chocolatitio won the first fight lol! After Sor Rungvisai put that the little s*** on the deck in the first, Chocolatito wanted no part of Sor Rungvisai. Thankfully the judges didn't rob Sor Rungvisai and I expect him to win even more convincingly this time!

HBO Boxing After Dark? I thought that was the 'bargain basement' boxing on there. Don't they have something like a really weak budget for that series, or is that the Showtime one?

I hate it Gonzalez has been slipping lately. He had a good run going there for a while, but this Rungvisai just has better game than him. He'll give it 110% like he always does, but he has simply been in too many wars to keep it up at this level anymore. Either that or Rungvisai just has his number.

I wanna see how Cuadras fares on the card too. 7 successful defenses of the SFW title isn't something to sneeze at. I have a feeling he'll get another shot and a title again soon.

Scored the first fight a draw. Without the point deduction for headbutts, Rungvisai by two points (he was just busier and pressing the action most of the time). Commentators were swearing Gonzalez was winning rounds, via a few flurries at times. However, Gonzalez was a true warrior throughout, although his gushing cranium definitely hindered his work, in the later rounds. Roman's efforts in the twelfth was nigh worth two points.

We'll see about that, especially if the ref allows you to come in with your head!

Gonzalez was giving YOU, the bigger and stronger man that work in some rounds!

Gonzalez needs to Out work the dirty Thai fighter!
