Comparing their primes, De La Hoya is a much better fighter than Mayweather. As for promotion, pretty sure Oscar would have promoted Canelo-McGregor fight. Money talks, so of course he would have promoted it as a must-see attraction.

I'm sure Oscar would have changed his mind faster then he changes into fishnet stockings. Money talks and bull**** walks. I think Oscar is sour that Floyd hit that Billion mark on money's earned.

No he isn't. Oscar was very good not great fighter who biggest claim to fame is cross over appeal. In fact Oscar has been dropped several times and has never dominated a great fighter.. was beaten soundly by Felix Sturm. O like Oscar but nope he is in the Wilfred Benitez category very good not great

Oscar is the most overrated fighter in history.

              Lost all his big fights.

I stopped reading after "Oscar watched the fight."

He's a typical Mayweather hater. He never misses a Mayweather fight but love to criticize him.

Says the guy who promoted the even bigger disappointment in Canelo vs Chavez jr. Oscar sat back there and tried to sell people on that fight being another barrera vs morales. That fight wasn't even another Danny Garcia vs rod salka.

Na oscar was a great, i dont really like him as a person but he was an ATG. 10x champ in 6 weight classes, olympic gold. Imo he beat mayweather wen he was over the hill. Imagine wat he would have done to him in his prime. Oscar in his prime was definitely an all time great.
