So basically what I understood by reading this article is that Lamont Peterson ruined Amir Khan WHOLE CAREER LOL So Peterson gets a controversial win over Khan (strike one). Then Amir Khan looks to avenge the loss in a rematch but is denied because Lamont was juicing (strike two). So Khan doesn't get his revenge fight so instead he's getting Danny Garcia as Lamont's replacement and then gets KO'd!!! Strike 3.. Wow talk about a freaking chain reaction. Let's see what happens Next! That's some Final Destination type sht

I thought it was proven Peterson was on drugs in that first fight. Should have been ruled a Khan win automatically. I'd rather see Khan Vs Maidana 2. First fight was a cracker.

I don;t think Khan's heart is in boxing any more. Guy never seems to fight. There was no shame losing to Canelo but he should have been taking fights at his own weight. So why wasn't he? So not sure if he has any future,

cause he knows he sucks. remember he got a gift decision against algeiri before canelo knocked him stiff. algeieri was landing all the clean punches but they gave it to khan for shoe shine punches that werent landing and because they wanted to put him in another big fight so another a-side could get an easy win.

Maidana is eating heavy meats every day in Argentina enjoying retirement. Khan was still recovering from post fight Canelo trauma. What top guy at 147 would Khan be able to beat? Lamont is probably his best chance to get a win but LP has been coming on strong lately so who knows.

If he fights Peterson again, it will be 6 going on 7 years since their first fight. Since that first fight, Khan has only fought two A class fighters, Garcia and Canelo, getting koed by both. Peterson hasn't done much better though.

Would much prefer to see him fight Matthyse just to see where Matthyse's head is at, but I guess Matthyse doesn't have a paper belt on offer -Khan can call himself a world champion again with Peterson (plus if the opposition has a ko percent of over 50%, it doesn't bode well for Khan these days - Matthyse would put him down just touching gloves at the start).

Return fight in 2018, Peterson fight in 2019. Khan's career is really moving now.

Peterson has improved IMO and Khan is just horrible now.

Khan has had 2 fights in the last 30 months and a bad KO.

He has nothing more to offer IM0.

Peterson would beat him convincingly this time around, lamont looked good in that title win and that was after a long lay off. Khan hasnt made 147 since algieri May 2015... Thats a long time. I dont even think Khan really wants Lamont as its not a lot of money for a load of risk. One more loss and hes careers finished. Should box Broner...

i wouldnt call canelo or d garcia a fighters. Garcia a b- fighter and hasnt improved at all. Inactivity is a killer. Atleast canelo seems to have improved or could be his competition really
