There have been many threads on this topic and the consensus is that Trinidad wins. Marg was one of the most overrated fighters of his time. His reputation was built more on who supposedly ducked him rather than who he beat and his whole career is now in question after he got caught with plaster. He was basically a jr middleweight/middleweight who starved himself to welterweight to have a size advantage. When he didn't have a size advantage and/or it was neutralized, or when his opponent didn't wear down after the 7th round, there wasn't much he could do.
