Wtf does that mean anyway. Gittin hit in the face on purpose or lack of defense? It's bs one of my fav fighters the great juan manual Marquez 1 of the best Mexican fighters ever fights nothing like that neither does Eric morales Barrera etc don't know if it's just trying to be macho or what but that **** is cornyComment

Floyd was not a boring fighter, that was the propaganda put out to discredit him like bob has done to Rigondeaux....& also things like "he is the best fighter of this generation" is also a way to discredit Floyd. "Pretty Boy" Floyd "Money" Mayweather is T.B.E. But I agree with you about the "fight like a Mexican" stuff is ****** & not a real thing.....you either can box or not.People are so accustomed to falling asleep during floyd fights that merely walking forward while punching for the first time in 15 years (against an MMA fighter) has him being heralded as an epic warrior who laid his life on the line. That would have been a snoozer by anyone else's standards, but we expected even less.
Then again this "fight like a Mexican" stuff is ******/meaningless too.
Boxing is ******.Comment

All this "Mexican style" is made up by u.s media its an attempt to put them down. Just like when they say " one of the best Mexican boxers". You never hear "one of the best English boxers" or one of the best Russian, Filipino, black ect. The only other boxers they do to is Puerto Ricans. Its a way to minimize their accomplishments. And I think canelo knows this...Comment

Canelo is right. There are no "Mexican" style. It is disrespectful to guys like Marquez, Morales and Barrera who are beautiful, skillful boxers. Mikey is also a skill boxer. I personally feel it is a disrespect to Mexicans to call the unskilled way of fighting a "Mexican" style.Last Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, five division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (50-0, 27 KOs) broke a two-year retirement to enter the ring with UFC superstar Conor McGregor. After not doing very much for the first three rounds, Mayweather pressed forward, broke McGregor down and stopped him in the tenth round.
