I thought Tyson Fury is retired? If he is, it's a moot point anyway.

If he tries to come back they can suspend him.

Not just Tyson though its his stable mate and cousin who was caught using the performance enhancing drugs too, last I heard he was fighting exhibitions, likelihood is he's actually serving a ban if he's fighting exhibition fights, I think a ruling has been made and a gagging order is in effect whether or not he's actually eligible to face Parker or not this month is anyone's guess I suspect he is and wasnt eligible to face him when he was supposed to travel to New Zealand and claimed injury a few days before the fight even though he wasnt even in NZ and should have been there at least two weeks before the actual fight.

This whole thing stinks, how can someone test positive be allowed to fight and the test results not actually be revealed until after they've fought title eliminators and for actual world titles ? The UKAD really need to be hung out to dry here, I can't fathom why Klitschko hasn't sued these guys for allowing a dirty fighter to enter the ring against him.
