Comments Thread For: Hearn: Ortiz Wants Joshua To Get Stripped - That Won't Happen

In a recent interview on BoxingScene.com, Luis Ortiz' manager indicated that WBA, IBF, IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (19-0, 19 KOs) had until September 3 to agree to fight or face the possibility of getting stripped of the WBA belt. Ortiz is the mandatory challenger to Joshua's WBA title.

Hearn is a true *****. Pulev said i need more time, Wlad retired, and now Ortiz wants Joshua's title so that he can fight a unification fight with Wilder. I told you that Joshua is a ***** and a bully. Boxing doesn't need another clown who holds the trinkets hostage. Let Ortiz have his title since you won't fight him and let Ortiz and Joshua fight. *****!

Indongo had a mandatory for the IBF title yet he was allowed to fight Crawford. Why is the IBF mandatory more important than the WBA mandatory?

I hope Ortiz does fight Wilder. That way we can get to that Wilder/Joshua fight (if both win) that much quicker.

Google metrics/analytics prove even though Floyd was retired and has only fought once this year, he's still the most popular boxer. Google metrics has AJ the second most popular and Canelo third.

Basically these three guys are A sides and they can bend the rules because they are all cash cows. Wilder and Ortiz on the other hand are irrelevant so sanctioning bodies aren't gona do **** to keep for them.. AJ will keep the belt.
