he had a fight scheduled but no lets lock him up. make it impossible for him to pay anything because him being in jail benefits the child so much. smh. people owe all kinds of debt and have ruined credit scores but are never threatened with loss of freedom..except child support. sounds like extortion to me. him being in a cage does not mean he'll pay any faster.

he's got previous - that'd be what has swung it against him. Plus he falsified papers. So judge probably thinking even if he does fight in the fall still a good chance he won't pay.
