I think the beef Vargas & Arum got going on at the moment will ultimately result in Vargas not getting this fight cuz he'll need to agree to some deal that he's likely already in disagreement with cuz idk that I can see Arum giving a guy he's allowed to sit over a disagreement for several months now a better deal in a situation like this.

Unless of course Crawford just doesn't wanna move up yet anyway.

nope.. then crawford will not get the full credit because he'll just beat a guy who most thought robbed pac of a win.

arum is gonna make horn fight a weaker name, then make the rematch with pac in 2018 and hope that pac has slipped by then so horn can beat him convincingly this time then arum will make horn vs crawford so when crawford beats horn there will be no talk about anything and crawford will get the full credit.
