This is another thing that water down championship belts. Guy coming of a loss, didn't have to string together a couple wins and he gets to fight for a belt. What a shame.

I agree 100%. Vargas style would give Horn fits. I could see this being a lot like the Ali fight.

So expect to see them all fight each other twice at least. For now, Vargas isn't a bad choice even coming off a loss.

Yea it'll likely depend on how serious the disagreement is between TR & Vargas I suppose. If its a lil thing I'd expect him to take the fight. If its a big thing, he won't.

My gut is telling me this is standard TR bs doe & they know Vargas can't or won't accept the opportunity & this fight is already being gift wrapped for Crawford. For sure the move is to get Crawford into a 147 belt & put Manny into a situation where he has to fight Crawford which is what I believe TR ultimately wants.

And sh^t with Vargas' feather fists idek if this is a great matchup for him. I know if I was trying to come up with ranked fighters I'd give Horn the best chance to beat Vargas would be a top 2 or 3 guy for sure.
