Comments Thread For: Ricky Hatton Details His Thoughts on Mayweather vs. McGregor

BRITISH boxing legend Ricky Hatton has urged Conor McGregor to stay away from the ring and stick to UFC after his defeat to Floyd Mayweather. The Mancunian watched on as former opponent "Money" pummelled the Irishman's head and body before the referee stopped the bout in round 10. The former light-welterweight and welterweight champ, 38, praised McGregor for holding his own in a different sport against an all-time great.

I'm with Hatton. Top 2 or 3. Top 5 is a given. Anyone who has Floyd outside the top 5 is probably biased. Anyone one who has him out of the top 10 is straight up delusional.

Dude was 50-0 fighting more champions than anyone.

"I would not like to see him fight again but for his own legacy he might have to if he wants people to accept he's beaten Marciano's record." - Hatton

How about you comeback for that 51-0 cokehead??? lmao

Was surprised for the amount of positivity Hatton gave Floyd. LOL wasn't thinking thats how this story would read before checking it out. I've been reading too much Oscar "Salty" De La Hoya takes on Floyd & this fight lately I guess.

These atg list are all opinionated. That's why it's always funny when I hear guys like Doug Fischer or Max Kellerman talk like their word is law when it comes to ranking ATG's...
