robby, i am pretty sure horn isn't going out of his way to make statements. the media ask him questions and he answers... what you expect him to say? the media always want to sensationalise things anyway to get views through click-bait.

also, i think horn is the only boxer out there to publicly call out spence. whether he will win is irrelevant, no one is calling spence out.

for the record, anyone who brings up punch stats. punch stats are not the only thing to judge a fight by, they are also done by a couple guys around the ring pressing buttons, it is not scientific. I was at the fight and thought the fight was very even and could have gone either way, and with the crowd behind horn he pulled out the win.
