Kovalev is mentally not physically broken. When a power puncher doesn't land on or hurt a opponent and gets kod himself they lose aura of invincibility. That plus his stubborn ways of not training himself and succoming to a trainer are his down fall

SOG ended Kov's career, when others thought it would be the other way around.

Tough to comeback from getting punched in the dcck .

I think there should be a third ward vs kovalev fight.

Most saw kovalev win the first fight.

Most saw kovalev up on points in the rematch before a good rt hand by ward followed by a handful of low blows.. then the fight is ended off a clear low blow.

Do it again . Do it in new york

Let it go lol Kovalev has admitted that he wasn't the better man that night. Your holding on to a fiction. Kovalev is talking about spiritual journeys and retirement. He's no where near mentally ready to fight Ward again.

There are questions that Kov will have to answer. 1. Is he susceptible to body shots? 2. Is he comfortable at the weight? Can he bounce back like a true champion and do what real champion does? Time will tell. His next fight is must see TV for boxing pundits.

It will be tough. There is the mental damage and the confidence it gives other fighters. When trading leather, they now know there is quit in him.
