Is Floyd really a good trainer tho?
cool flashy padwork but can he correct Eubanks mistakes and improve his skill as a boxer rather than just a brawler.

Senior is a disciplined trainer and can work on his weak areas and improve upon his strengths.

          It's a good move.

As he says, Floyd Sr won't be around forever. Take advantage of that knowledge and experience while you can.

Floyd Sr is a great trainer, but he seems to be a micromanager that can only be taken in small doses. A select few have been able to deal with his personality for a single, let alone, multiple training camps. The vibe I get from him is that he's the type of trainer that constantly points out what you're doing wrong and shows you what he wants you to do. Not everyone is built for that, if Eubank Jr. is, he should take advantage of it while he's still training.

The kid doesn't seem like such a turd in this interview. Good stuff. And Floyd Sr is great. Roger was great (whatever happened to Roger helping, btw?). Everyone makes fun of Floyd Sr, but clearly that dude still has some gas in the tank.
