It sounds as if they want to pay off Ortiz to lose.

WBC will put mandatory aside for wilder. Hah, they've been doing that his whole career. Guys had the belt since January 2015 and hasn't faced 1 mandatory, not even anyone in thier top 5. WBC has tarnished there reputation.

I just wonder what caused this change of heart on the WBC's part? Is Al Haymon no longer willing to pay them?
The WBC offered the #2. Heavyweight in the world at the time two chances to face Wilder despite coming up dirty in VADA testing. Now they allowed Bermane Stiverne to take step aside money to facilitate a fight between two top five HW's in Wilder vs. Ortiz...I say the facts are against you.

Substitute the word Wilder for AJ and your statement would be correct

Looks like the WBC trying to have AJ get that belt. They are finding out that there is no interest in Wilder holding that belt (if they haven't already) and it's only a matter of time before Wilder loses it and falls into complete irrelevance.

Shoot, Wilder is hoping that the WBC makes Stiverne take that step aside money so he could face Ortiz...then he would be able to get a good fight purse. Otherwise all he has is the settlement money from the Povetkin ordeal.

Except AJ knocked Klitschko the fook out and was the first person to do so in how many years?

The fact is, Wilder has had nearly 40 fights, and there is nary a world class fighter among his entire list of opponents. A younger fighter (Joshua), with half as many fights, has eclipsed his accomplishments and arguably beaten much better competition.

The one thing that we as boxing fans can't do is care what Joshua's fans have to say. They will talk about Wilder and it reads so fake as if they're scared that Joshua Wilder is getting closer to happening. If they talk lunacy take it a step further. You already see some of the comments lol.
